Write a requirements list for a calendar app

Writes a one-page requirements list for a calendar app from how you schedule, ready to compare apps against, with must-haves marked.

Task: Write a requirements list for a calendar app, based on how I schedule my days. Context: I schedule [kind of events, such as client calls and deep work]. I share calendars with [who]. My accounts are on [calendar services]. I use a Mac and [other devices]. Things I dislike in my current calendar are [complaints]. Rules: - Write each requirement as a testable sentence, such as "I can see two time zones at once", not as a vague wish. - Mark each one must-have, nice-to-have or ignore, with a reason of at most 10 words. - Add three trial tasks I can run in any app to check the must-haves in 20 minutes. - Keep product names out of the list so it works for any app. Result: A list of at most 12 requirements grouped under must-have, nice-to-have and ignore, followed by the three trial tasks.
