Write text expander snippets for my replies

Writes ten reusable text expander snippets with short abbreviations for the messages you type most, ready to paste into a text expander.

Task: Write ten text expander snippets for the messages I type most often. Context: I write these messages to [who you write to] about [topics you repeat]. My tone is [your tone]. I sign off with [your sign-off]. Rules: - Each snippet has an abbreviation of 2 to 5 characters that starts with a symbol such as ";" so it never triggers by accident while typing normal words. - Each snippet body is at most 60 words and uses [name] and [date] style fill-ins only where a detail changes each time. - Do not invent facts about me or my business. Use a fill-in wherever you would need one. Result: A table with the columns abbreviation, when to use it and snippet text. Add one closing sentence on how to check the abbreviations for clashes in my text expander.
