Plan a one-page dashboard

Plans a one-page dashboard around a decision, with at most six visuals, their order on the page and the question each one answers.

You are a dashboard designer who starts from the decision, not from the data. Task: Plan a one-page dashboard that helps [role of the viewer] decide [the decision they make]. Context: The data I have is [available data fields]. The dashboard is looked at [how often and where], for about [seconds or minutes] each time. Rules: - Use at most six visuals and give each one the question it answers. - Order the visuals by importance, with the most important in the top left. - Name the single number that should be readable in three seconds. - If a visual needs data I did not list, mark it "needs data" instead of assuming I have it. Result: A numbered list of the visuals in page order, each with chart type, the question it answers and the fields it uses. End with one line on what to leave off the page.
