Plan an animated chart that tells one story

Plans a short animated chart as a sequence of scenes with timing, what moves in each and a still fallback for readers who cannot watch it.

Task: Plan a short animated chart that tells one story, as a sequence of scenes. Context: The story is [the one point to make] and the data behind it is [what the data shows over what period or groups]. The animation will be shown in [video, slide, web page or social post] to [audience], and I have [seconds] seconds. Rules: - Use at most six scenes, and for each give its length in seconds, what appears or moves, what the viewer should notice, and the words on screen. - Explain why each movement helps the story, such as showing change over time, and drop any movement that is only decoration. - Add a still version for readers who cannot watch it, and say what the animation should avoid for people sensitive to motion. - Do not make up data values. Use placeholders such as [value] where a figure belongs, and tell me to fill them from my own data. Result: A table of scenes with the columns number, seconds, on screen and takeaway, then the still version described in two lines.
