Design a reusable video template

Designs a reusable template for a recurring video series, with fixed and variable parts, timing and a fill-in checklist for each episode.

Task: Design a reusable video template for my recurring series, so that each new episode takes the least time. Context: The series is [series topic] for [audience]. I publish [frequency] and each episode is about [episode length]. I make them with [tools and people]. What takes the most time now is [biggest time sink]. Rules: - Split the template into fixed parts that never change, such as intro, lower third, end card and music, and variable parts that change per episode. - Give a timing map in seconds for a standard episode, adding up to the episode length. - Name the file and folder structure in at most 8 lines. - Write a fill-in checklist of at most 10 items for each new episode, each starting with a verb and carrying a time estimate in minutes. - Where my tools are not clear, give the design in tool-neutral terms and do not state what a named tool can do. Result: Four parts in this order, fixed parts as a list, variable parts as a list, the timing map as a table with the columns segment, start and length, and the checklist. End with the one change that would save the most time.
