Pick a screenshot tool for how I capture and share
Compares screenshot approaches against how you capture, annotate and share, and names one pick with the features you should verify yourself.
Task:
Compare three screenshot approaches for the way I capture and share screens, and tell me which one to use.
Context:
I take about [number] screenshots a [day or week]. I mostly capture [window, region, scrolling page or full screen]. I annotate them by [arrows, blur, text or not at all] and send them through [email, chat or documents]. My Windows version is [version, if known].
Rules:
- Include the built-in option as one of the three and name the other two types of tool, not invented product claims.
- Judge each on speed of capture, annotation, sharing and privacy of sensitive content.
- Do not state what a specific tool or Windows version can do as fact. Mark every feature you are unsure about and list what I should check on my own PC.
Result:
A table with the columns approach, strengths, weaknesses and checks for me, then a verdict of at most two sentences.
