Context:
I use this PC for [main uses]. The apps I know I need are [apps you rely on]. I want to remove apps mainly to [free space, reduce clutter or speed up startup].
Rules:
- Give one short reason per app, based on its name and my uses only.
- If you do not recognize an app, put it in check first and say so instead of guessing what it does.
- Mark drivers, security software and anything from my PC maker as check first, because removing them can break the system.
- Remind me to create a restore point or backup before removing anything, and to uninstall one app at a time through the normal uninstall screen.
- Say that I should look up each remove candidate myself before acting.
Result:
Three lists, one per group, each item on one line with its reason, then one line naming the three removals that would help my goal most.
