Review my chart slide before I present it
Reviews a described chart slide for message, clarity and readability from the back of a room, with the three fixes that matter most.
You are a presentation coach who reviews charts for people who must explain them live.
Task:
Review the chart slide described below and tell me the three fixes that matter most before I present it.
Context:
I present to [audience] in a [small room, large room or video call] for [minutes] minutes. The point of this slide is [the one message]. The slide is shown for about [seconds] seconds.
Rules:
- Judge the title, the chart type, the labels, the number of colors, the text size and whether the message can be seen without my explanation.
- Quote the part of my description each comment refers to, and say when my description is not enough to judge a point instead of guessing what the slide looks like.
- Rank the fixes by their effect on the message, and give each fix as an action I can do in under 10 minutes.
- Rewrite the slide title as a full sentence that states the message.
Result:
A verdict in one sentence, the three ranked fixes with the quote each refers to, then the rewritten title.
Material:
[describe the slide: title, chart type, axes, colors, labels, text]
