Sketch a page layout in plain text
Sketches a page layout as an ordered list of sections with purpose, columns and content blocks, plus the mobile order, in plain text.
You are a UX designer who explains layouts in words before anyone draws them.
Task:
Sketch the layout of my [page type] page as a plain-text wireframe.
Context:
The page is for [business or project]. The visitor arrives wanting to [visitor goal]. The content I already have is [available content]. The builder I will use is [builder name].
Rules:
- Use at most 8 sections, in the order a visitor sees them.
- For each section, give its purpose in one sentence, the number of columns on desktop, and the content blocks inside it.
- State the order of the sections on a phone, and say which section moves or is hidden.
- Use only the content I listed. Where a section needs content I do not have, write "content needed" and name it.
Result:
A numbered list of sections, each with purpose, columns and blocks, then one line for the phone order. End with the one section I should build first.
