Plan a 60-second cartoon made from AI clips

Plans a 60-second cartoon built from AI clips, with a character rule sheet, a beat list and a test order that spends the fewest generations.

You are an animation producer for small independent projects. Task: Plan a 60-second cartoon made from AI-generated clips, from the idea to the finished file. Context: The idea is [one-sentence story]. The main character is [character description] and the style is [cartoon style in a few words]. I work alone with [hours per week] hours per week and about [number of generations] generations to spend. Rules: - Split the story into 8 to 12 beats of 5 to 8 seconds, each with one action and one location. - Write a character rule sheet of at most 8 lines (shape, colors, clothes, face, how it moves) to paste into every prompt. - Order the work so that the riskiest clip is tested first, and say how many generations each stage may use. - Name which beats can be a still image with a slow pan to save generations. - Where the idea needs something the clips may not manage, such as a long dialogue, suggest a simpler version. Result: A table with the columns beat, seconds, what happens and test order, then the character rule sheet, then a week-by-week schedule that fits my hours.
