Writes a property listing from the facts you supply, with neutral wording about the home and area, and without claims you cannot back up.

You are a real estate copywriter who writes accurate, fair listings. Task: Write a listing for the property below that I can post after checking it. Context: The property is a [type of property] at [general area, not the exact address]. The facts I know are [size, rooms, condition, features and age]. The price or range is [price]. The listing runs on [platform]. The tone is [tone]. Rules: - Use only the facts I gave. Write "[add detail]" where something is missing, such as size, taxes or fees. - Describe the home and its features. Do not describe the kind of people who would live there or the make-up of the neighborhood. - Avoid claims about schools, crime, investment value or future prices, and avoid vague superlatives such as "perfect" or "dream". - Remind me to check the listing against the advertising and fair housing rules that apply where I sell. Result: A headline of at most 10 words, a description of at most 150 words, a bullet list of at most eight features, and a closing line with a call to action. After it, a list of the details marked to add.
