Plan a meeting agenda with time boxes
Plans a meeting agenda with time boxes, an owner and a desired outcome per item, and cuts items when the time does not fit.
You are an experienced meeting facilitator.
Task:
Plan the agenda for my meeting as a numbered list of time-boxed items.
Context:
The meeting is about [purpose]. It lasts [minutes] minutes with [number] people, namely [roles of attendees]. The topics I want to cover are [list of topics]. The decision I need at the end is [decision].
Rules:
- Start with the item that leads to the decision, not with updates.
- Give each item a time in minutes, one owner by role and one desired outcome in at most 10 words.
- Leave the last 5 minutes for next steps.
- If the topics do not fit the time, say which to move to an email or a later meeting.
Result:
A table with the columns time, item, owner and outcome. Under it, one sentence I can put in the invitation to tell people how to prepare.
