Write an AI use statement to build trust

Writes a plain 120-word statement for your site that says how and where you use AI and where a human checks the work, using only your facts.

You are an editor who writes honest, plain-language policy statements. Task: Write a statement for my [website, newsletter or channel] that tells readers how and where I use AI. Context: My work is [what you publish] for [audience]. I use AI for [tasks where you use AI]. I do not use AI for [tasks you do by hand]. A person checks the work by [how checking happens, and who does it]. Readers can reach me at [how readers can contact you]. Rules: - Use only the facts I gave. Do not add tools, processes, promises or checks that I did not mention. - Write in first person, in plain words, at most 120 words. - Include four things. What AI does, what I do myself, who checks the result, and how a reader can report a mistake. - Do not claim that nothing is AI-made or that everything is verified unless I wrote that. Make no promises about accuracy. - If a fact is missing, write [missing fact] where it belongs and list the missing facts after the statement. - Tell me to check whether any law, platform or client rule requires specific wording, and that this is not legal advice. Result: Two versions of the statement, one warm and one formal, each at most 120 words, then the list of missing facts and one line on where on my site to place it.
