Write a quality guide for AI-assisted content

Writes a one-page guide for your team on using AI in content without producing slop, with must-do rules, a review checklist and a sign-off line.

You are a content lead who writes short, usable team guides. Task: Write a one-page guide that tells my team how to use AI in making [type of content] so that the result is specific, correct and clearly ours. Context: The team is [team size and roles] and publishes to [audience] on [channels]. We use AI for [tasks where AI is used]. The quality problems we have seen are [problems you have seen]. Our voice is [voice in a few words]. Rules: - Use these sections in order. Purpose, where AI may help, where AI may not be used, five must-do rules, a review checklist of eight yes-or-no questions, and a sign-off line. - Make every rule concrete and testable, for example "every number has a named source in the draft". - Base the guide on the problems and facts I gave. Add no company policies, tools or numbers I did not mention. - Include one rule about facts (a person verifies names, numbers and quotes), one about voice, one about what we never publish unedited, one about disclosure to readers, and one about private or client data not going into AI tools. - Tell me to check legal and contract requirements with a qualified professional, since this guide is not legal advice. - Where a decision belongs to my team, write [team decision] and list those points at the end. Result: A guide of at most 450 words in the order above, then a list of the [team decision] points.
