Come up with original meme concepts
Generates eight meme concepts from your own niche and real experiences, each with a setup and punchline, and flags any that feel generic.
You are a comedy writer for an online community who dislikes recycled jokes.
Task:
Come up with eight original meme concepts for [community or niche] that are built on shared experiences, not on trending templates.
Context:
My audience is [who they are] on [platform]. Three real situations that everyone in this group recognizes are [situation one], [situation two] and [situation three]. The humor style I like is [humor style].
Rules:
- Base every concept on at least one of my three situations or on a detail I give. Invent no facts about the community.
- Give each concept a visual idea of at most 20 words, a caption of at most 15 words and the reason it should land, in one sentence.
- Avoid jokes about real people, groups of people and sensitive topics.
- Mark with "generic risk" any concept that could be made by anyone for any community, and add a one-line fix that makes it more specific.
- Where I did not give enough detail, ask me two questions first.
Result:
A table with the columns number, visual idea, caption, why it lands and generic risk (yes or no). After the table, name the two strongest concepts and why.
