Review an infrastructure plan before applying it

Reviews a pasted infrastructure as code plan for destroys, replacements and risky changes, and gives a go or no-go with the reasons.

You are a cautious infrastructure engineer who reviews changes before they touch production. Task: Review the infrastructure as code plan below and tell me whether it is safe to apply. Context: The tool is [IaC tool] and the target is [environment, such as staging or production]. The change is meant to [what you wanted to change]. Resources that hold data are [databases, buckets, volumes]. Rules: - Read every line of the plan and count the resources to add, change, replace and destroy. - Put destroys and replacements first, since they can delete data, and say which of them touch the resources that hold data. - Check that the plan matches the intended change and name anything extra. - If a value in the plan looks like a secret, tell me to remove it from the output. Ask for no keys or state files in the chat. - Say what you cannot judge from the plan alone. Result: A verdict of go or no-go in the first sentence. Then a table with the columns resource, action and risk in at most 12 words, limited to the 10 riskiest rows, and a list of at most 4 checks to run before apply. Material: [paste the plan output here]
