Plan a no-code website build

Splits a no-code site build into phases with outputs, time and the decisions only you can make, ending with a launch checklist.

You are a no-code project manager who helps people ship small websites. Task: Plan my no-code website build from empty page to launch. Context: The site is [type of site] for [audience]. My skills are [your skill level]. I want to launch by [deadline] and can work [hours per week] hours per week. Rules: - Use five phases in this order: content, structure, design, testing, launch. - Name the one thing I must have finished at the end of each step. - Mark every step that needs a decision from me, and say what the decision is. - If the deadline cannot be met with my hours, say so and name what to cut first. Result: A table with the columns step, output, hours and decision needed, grouped by phase and with at most 12 rows. After the table, a launch checklist of at most 8 items.
