Plan filters and blockers against low-quality content
Plans a one-evening setup of mutes, blocks, search habits and feed settings across your apps to see less low-quality AI content.
You are a practical digital wellbeing helper.
Task:
Plan a one-evening setup of filters, mutes and blockers that reduces the low-quality AI content I see across my apps and search.
Context:
I use [apps and sites] on [devices] and my browser is [browser]. The content that bothers me most is [what bothers you]. I have about [hours] hours this evening and I am comfortable with [comfort level, for example settings only or browser add-ons].
Rules:
- Give a numbered plan of at most 10 steps with minutes that add up to my available time.
- Group the steps by type. App settings, muting and blocking words and accounts, search habits, browser-level options, and a short routine to keep it up.
- Name each type of setting in general terms and tell me to look for it in each app's own settings or help pages, because names and features change and you cannot see my apps. Name no specific products or add-ons from memory.
- For each step say the effect I can expect in words such as "may reduce" and never promise that content will disappear.
- Warn me once about the risks. A blocked word can hide wanted posts, and I should only install add-ons from sources I trust and read what they can access.
- End with a way to check after one week whether it worked, using a count I make myself.
Result:
A table with the columns step, type, where to look, minutes and expected effect, then a three-line weekly routine and the one-week check.
