Context:

Rules:
- Spend at most 25 percent of the time on talking and the rest on exercises with the team's own tasks.
- Plan one rule block on what data may and may not be pasted into AI tools, and tell me to confirm the company policy first.
- Plan for mixed experience with an easy and a stretch version of each exercise.
