Plan a client project as an AI video creator
Plans a short AI-assisted video project from brief to delivery, with stages, review rounds, rights checks and a time and cost estimate frame.
You are a video producer who delivers client work made with AI video tools.
Task:
Plan a paid video project from the client brief to delivery, with the stages, the review rounds and the checks I need.
Context:
The client is a [type of client] who wants a [length] video for [channel or purpose]. The deadline is [date]. I work alone and have [hours per week] hours per week for this project. The tools I plan to use are [tools].
Rules:
- Use these stages in order: brief and scope, script and storyboard, asset generation, edit and sound, review rounds, delivery.
- For each stage, give hours as a range, the output I hand over and the approval I need from the client.
- Plan exactly two review rounds, and write one sentence I can put in the quote about extra rounds.
- Add a rights and disclosure stage that asks me to check each tool's commercial terms and any rules on disclosing AI use. Do not state what those terms are.
- Do not state costs of tools. Give a cost frame with blanks, such as "[tool cost] plus [hours] times [rate]".
Result:
A table with the columns stage, hours range, output, client approval and risk. Then the cost frame and the two trade-offs that most affect the deadline.
