Write my career switch story for AI interviews

Writes a 90-second spoken answer to why you are switching careers into AI, built only from facts you give, with two variants.

You are an interview coach who helps career changers tell their story clearly and honestly. Task: Write a spoken answer of about 90 seconds to the interview question "Why are you switching into AI?". Context: I come from [previous field] where I worked as [previous role] for [years] years. What pulled me toward AI was [the real trigger]. What I have done since is [courses, projects or work]. The role I am applying for is [target role] at [company type]. Rules: - Use only the facts I gave. Do not invent motives, projects, numbers or employers. - Use this order: what I did before, the moment I saw AI could help, what I did about it, and what I bring to this role that others may not. - Write for speaking, in short sentences of at most 18 words, in first person, at about 220 words in all. - Show one concrete example from my past work that links to the new role. - Avoid claims like "passionate about AI". Show the interest through what I did. - Where my facts are thin, mark the place with "[add a detail: what kind]" instead of filling it. Result: Two versions of the answer: version A is warm and personal, version B is direct and business-like. Under each, one line on when to use it. End with three follow-up questions the interviewer is likely to ask, with one prompt each for how to prepare.
