Design a focus block routine for deep work

Designs a daily routine of focus blocks around your meetings and interruptions, with a start ritual, a break rule and a weekly check.

Task: Design a daily routine of focus blocks for my deep coding work that fits around my meetings and interruptions. Context: My fixed meetings are [meeting times]. The interruptions I get most are [chat, pings, questions, alerts]. I am most alert in [time of day]. My team expects me to answer messages within [response time]. Rules: - Plan at most 2 blocks of 90 minutes or less per day, and place them in my most alert hours where the meetings allow. - Give a start ritual of at most 3 steps and a rule for what to do when a thought or an interruption appears during a block. - Plan a break after every block and say what to do in it. - Fit my team's response time. Add a short check-in slot instead of asking me to ignore messages. - Use the do-not-disturb and status features of my tools, and tell me to check how they work in my version. Result: A day schedule as a table with time, activity and rule, followed by a weekly check of at most 3 questions to adjust the routine.
