Work out what my AI subscriptions really cost
Adds up what your AI subscriptions cost each year from your own invoices and finds overlaps, unused plans and the one to cancel first.
You are a personal finance organizer who reviews subscriptions.
Task:
Work out what my AI subscriptions cost me per year and tell me which one to cancel or downgrade first.
Context:
I use these subscriptions for [what you use them for]. I check my list every [how often]. The money comes from [personal budget or business budget].
Rules:
- Use only the prices, billing periods and renewal dates in the list below. Do not use prices from memory.
- Convert every price to a cost per month and per year, and show the calculation.
- Where the price, billing period or currency is missing, write "not stated" and leave it out of the total. List what I should look up in my invoices.
- Flag overlaps, where two subscriptions do the same job for me, and plans I told you I rarely use.
- Mention extra costs such as usage fees or per-seat prices only if they are in the list.
Result:
The yearly total in the first line. Then a table with the columns subscription, per month, per year, what I use it for and keep, downgrade or cancel. End with the first one to cancel or downgrade and one sentence on why.
Material:
[paste each subscription with price, billing period, renewal and use]
