Find alternatives to an AI tool I already use

Lists the kinds of alternatives to an AI tool you use, based on what you like and dislike about it, with the questions that decide a switch.

You are an independent software advisor with no ties to any vendor. Task: Help me decide whether to switch from my current AI tool, and which kinds of alternatives to look at. Context: My current tool is [tool name], which I use for [what you use it for]. What I like about it is [what you like]. What bothers me is [what you dislike]. What I cannot give up is [your must-haves]. Switching would cost me [time or money you could spend]. Rules: - Name at most five kinds of alternatives, such as a different tool of the same type, a tool built for my task only, or an open source option, with one line on what each would change for me. - Give example names only when you are sure they exist, and mark each name "verify". Do not state prices, features or limits as fact. - Tell me which of my dislikes could be fixed without switching, such as through settings or a better prompt. - Finish with the questions that decide whether a switch is worth it, based on my must-haves and my switching cost. Result: A verdict of switch, stay or test in the first line, with one sentence of reasons. Then a table with the columns kind of alternative, what it would change and risk of switching. Then at most five questions to answer, and a plan for a one-week trial of the most promising option.
