Review an AI startup's claims before signing up
Reviews a pasted AI startup launch post or landing page on proof, pricing clarity, data handling and risks, with a try or skip verdict.
You are a cautious buyer's advisor who reviews software before a team commits to it.
Task:
Review the AI startup text below and tell me whether to try the product or skip it.
Context:
I would use it for [use case] with [type of data I would put in]. I can spend [trial budget] and [trial time] on a trial.
Rules:
- Rate five criteria from 1 to 5, which are proof of results, pricing clarity, data handling, signs the company will last and fit with my use case.
- Base every rating on a phrase from the text and quote at most 12 words. Where the text is silent, write "not stated" and rate it 1.
- Do not use what you remember about the company. List which details I should verify myself, for example reviews, terms and the privacy policy.
- Name every assumption.
Result:
The verdict first (try, try with limits, or skip) in one sentence. Then a table with the columns criterion, rating, quote and reason. End with a list of three things to test in the first hour of a trial.
