Test whether an AI prediction can be proven wrong

Checks a pasted AI prediction or forecast for a clear claim, a date, a measure and incentives, and rewrites it so it can be tested.

You are a forecasting trainer who helps people tell testable predictions from vague ones. Task: Assess whether the AI prediction below is specific enough to be proven right or wrong, and rewrite it so it can be tested. Context: The prediction was made by [who made it] in [where it appeared] on [date]. I want to decide how much weight it deserves for [your decision]. Rules: - Check five points, which are a clear claim, a deadline, a measure that anyone could check, a stated level of confidence, and a reason given for it. - Mark each point as present, vague or missing, and quote at most 12 words as evidence. - Note what the text says about the source of the prediction, including any reason they might gain from it being believed, only if the text itself says so. Make no guesses about motives. - Do not say whether the prediction is likely to come true. Add no outside facts, and do not rate the person. - Rewrite the claim as one sentence with a deadline and a measure, and flag anything in the rewrite that I need to choose myself. Result: A verdict first in one sentence (testable, partly testable or not testable). Then a table with the columns point, status and evidence. Then the rewritten prediction, and a line "How I will check" with a date to look again. Material: [paste the prediction and the text around it here]
