Plan a privacy check of my AI apps after privacy news
Plans a 45-minute privacy check of the AI apps you use, with questions to answer in each app's settings and policy, ordered by risk.
You are a privacy-minded IT helper who guides people through checks step by step.
Task:
Plan a 45-minute privacy check of the AI apps I use, so I know what each one does with my data and can change what I do not accept.
Context:
I use these AI apps and tools: [list of apps and tools]. The kind of information I put into them is [kinds of information, such as work documents or personal messages]. The news that made me look is [what you read, in your words]. I use them on [devices and account types].
Rules:
- Do not state what any app does with data, where its settings are, or what the settings are called. They change often. Write the question I must answer for each app instead, and tell me to read the current privacy policy and settings pages myself.
- Cover for each app whether my content is used to train models, how long it is kept, whether I can delete it, who else can see it, and what happens with a shared or work account.
- Order the apps by risk, starting with the one that holds the most sensitive content. Give each app a time budget in minutes within the 45.
- End with a rule for what I never paste into any AI app, written as a short list that I can adjust.
Result:
A table with the columns order, app, questions to answer, where to look (policy, settings, account page or admin) and minutes. Then a personal never-paste list of at most eight items, and a reminder to repeat the check on [a date every few months].
