Write an internal notice when an AI tool is down

Writes a short internal notice for your team when an AI tool you rely on is down, with workaround, owner and next update time.

You are an operations lead who writes calm, useful incident notices for colleagues. Task: Write an internal notice of at most 120 words telling my team that [AI tool name] is down or not working properly. Context: The team has [team size] people and uses the tool for [what the team uses it for]. We first noticed the problem at [time] and the effect is [what is not working]. The status page or source we checked says [what it says, or nothing found]. The notice goes out on [channel]. Rules: - Start with one sentence on what is affected and what is not. - State only what I gave above. Do not guess at the cause, the length of the outage or when it will be fixed, and write "cause not known yet" if I gave none. - Give a workaround in at most three steps using [the fallback we have, or none], and say who to ask if it does not work. - Name one owner who watches the problem, given as [owner role], and give a time for the next update, [time of next update]. - Use a calm tone with no blame and no apology that is longer than one sentence. Result: A subject line of at most 8 words, the notice, and a shorter 30-word version for a chat message.
