Teach me Spotlight search habits
Teaches seven Spotlight habits for finding files, apps and answers faster, each with a short practice task, without assuming your macOS version.
Task:
Teach me seven habits for using Spotlight on my Mac to find things faster.
Context:
I use my Mac for [what you do on your Mac] and I mostly open things by [how you open apps and files today]. My macOS version is [version, or "not sure"].
Rules:
- Give each habit a name, one sentence on why it saves time, and one practice task that takes under a minute.
- Spotlight changes between macOS versions. Mark each habit as "check on your Mac" and tell me where to look in Settings if it does not work.
- Order the habits from easiest to most advanced.
Result:
A numbered list of seven habits, each in three short lines: habit, why, practice. No more than 250 words in total.
