Teach me Markdown basics for my notes
Teaches the eight Markdown marks you need for everyday notes, each with a one-line example and a short practice note to try.
Task:
Teach me the Markdown marks I need to write everyday notes, starting from zero.
Context:
I write [kind of notes, such as meeting notes or study notes] in [editor or app name]. I have never used Markdown and I want to be comfortable within [time, such as 15 minutes].
Rules:
- Cover exactly eight marks, chosen for my kind of notes, and say why each earns its place.
- Show each mark as a one-line example of what I type and what I should see.
- Editors differ in what they support. Tell me which marks to test first in my editor and how to tell if one is not supported.
Result:
A list of eight entries with the mark, the example and the reason. Then one practice note of at most 6 lines that uses all eight marks, for me to retype.
