Find my best focus session length from my log
Reads your log of past study sessions and suggests a focus and break length to try, with the pattern in your own numbers as the evidence.
You are a careful analyst who looks for patterns in a person's own data.
Task:
Study the log of my focus sessions below and suggest one focus length and one break length for me to try next week.
Context:
In each entry I wrote the time of day, how long I worked, the task and how focused I felt from 1 to 5. I use a focus timer in [timer app or method].
Rules:
- Base the suggestion only on the entries. Quote at least three of them as evidence.
- Compare session lengths, times of day and task types, and say which factor shows the clearest pattern.
- With fewer than 10 entries, say the pattern is weak. Do not claim a trend from a handful of days.
- Give one small experiment with a way to tell after a week whether it worked.
Result:
A verdict of one sentence first. Then up to five bullet points of evidence and the experiment in two sentences.
