Turns a pasted list of names, roles and managers into an indented org chart outline, flagging missing or circular reporting lines.
Task:
Turn the team list below into an indented org chart outline, with the top person first.
Context:
The chart is for [purpose, such as onboarding or a reorganization] and will be drawn in [tool name or "any diagram tool"].
Rules:
- Use only the names, roles and reporting lines in the list. Add nobody and change no title.
- Indent each level two spaces and write each line as "Name, role".
- If a person has no manager, has two, or sits in a loop, do not fix it. List it under "check these" with the lines you saw.
- If a level has more than 8 direct reports, say so, because the drawing will need a split.
Result:
The outline first, then the "check these" list, then one line with the number of people and levels, counted from the list.
