Turn a process description into flowchart steps
Turns a pasted process description into a flowchart plan: numbered boxes, decision points with yes and no paths, and gaps to resolve.
Task:
Turn the process description below into a flowchart plan that I can draw in any diagram tool.
Rules:
- Keep every step from the description in its original order and wording as far as possible.
- Number the boxes, mark each decision as a diamond with its yes and no paths, and say which box each path leads to.
- Where the description skips a step, a path or an owner, do not fill it in. List it as a gap with the question I should ask.
- Use at most 15 boxes. If the process is longer, split it at a natural handover and say where.
Result:
A numbered list of boxes in the form "3. Decision: [question] yes to 4, no to 6", followed by a list of gaps with one question each.
