Task:
Draft a requirements list of exactly 12 items that I can use to test any dashboard builder before we pick one.
Context:
The builder is for [team and size]. Our data lives in [data sources], the dashboards are viewed by [who views them], and the person who builds them is [skill level].
Rules:
- Cover data connections, refresh, sharing and permissions, editing by non-experts, export, and what happens when we leave.
- Write each item as a test I can answer with yes, no or "needs checking", for example "Can a viewer filter without an account?".
- Mark 8 items as must-have and 4 as nice-to-have, based on my context.
- Do not name tools or claim what any tool can do.
Result:
A numbered list of 12 items, each ending with "(must)" or "(nice)", and one closing sentence on how to score a tool.
