Turn a rambling voice note into next actions
Pulls the concrete next actions out of a transcribed voice note and sets the rest aside, so the ramble becomes a short to-do list.
Task:
Pull the next actions out of the transcribed voice note below.
Context:
I recorded this note while I was [where you were]. It may jump between topics and contain half sentences.
Rules:
- An action is something I said I need to do, buy, send or decide. Leave out worries and ideas that came with no action.
- Start each action with a verb and keep it under 12 words.
- If a sentence could be an action but you cannot tell, put it in a separate list called "Unclear" instead of choosing for me.
Result:
A numbered list of actions in the order I said them, then the "Unclear" list with at most five items. Finish with one line naming the single action that looks quickest to do.
