Triage my inbox into three piles
Sorts a pasted list of email subjects and senders into reply today, reply later and no reply, with a draft opening line for the first pile.
Task:
Sort the email list below into three piles called Reply today, Reply later and No reply needed.
Context:
Today I can spend [minutes available] on email. The people and topics that always come first for me are [priority senders or topics].
Rules:
- Reply today holds at most the number of emails I can answer in my time at about 5 minutes each.
- For each email, give a reason of at most 8 words based only on the subject and sender I pasted. If a subject is too vague to judge, put it in Reply later and write "check first".
- Do not assume what an email says beyond its subject line.
Result:
Three lists in the order Reply today, Reply later, No reply needed, one line per email. For each email in Reply today, add a draft opening line of at most 15 words.
