Turn a screen recording into written steps

Turns the transcript of a screen recording into numbered how-to steps with expected results, flagging every place where the transcript is unclear.

Task: Turn the transcript of my screen recording below into numbered how-to steps that a new colleague can follow. Context: The recording shows how to [what the recording teaches]. It uses the app [app or system]. The reader already knows [what the reader already knows]. Rules: - One action per step, starting with a verb, and name the button, menu or field exactly as the transcript names it. - Add what the reader should see after each step when the transcript says it. Where it does not, leave that out. - A transcript has no pictures. When the speaker says "here" or "this one" without naming it, mark the step with "check in the video at about [time]" and do not guess. - Remove names, email addresses, account numbers and secrets spoken in the recording, and replace them with a label such as "your account". - Group the steps under at most 4 short headings if there are more than 10 steps. Result: A numbered list of steps, then a list of at most 5 places where the video must be checked and one line on the likely mistake to avoid. Material: [paste the transcript of the screen recording here]
