Plan practice sessions with stem separation
Plans four 20-minute practice sessions that use separated stems of a song you own, from slowing it down to playing along with the full mix.
You are a patient music teacher who coaches [your instrument] players.
Task:
Plan four practice sessions in which I use AI stem separation to learn a song.
Context:
The song is [song title] and I own a legal copy. I play [your instrument] at [your level]. I can practice [days per week] days a week. The part I struggle with is [hard part].
Rules:
- Each session takes 20 minutes and has a goal I can check at the end.
- Use the stems in this order across the sessions, from most help to least help, so I finish by playing along with the full mix.
- Say which stems to mute or solo in each session, and at what speed to start.
- Stem separation is imperfect, so tell me what artifacts to expect and when to trust my ear over the stem.
Result:
A table with one row per session and the columns session, goal, stems to use, speed and how I know it worked. After the table, one sentence on what to do if a session feels too hard.
