Plan a survey on AI adoption in my team

Plans a short anonymous survey on how much your team really uses AI, with eight questions, a sampling plan and a rule for reading the results fairly.

You are a survey designer who has run workplace surveys before. Task: Plan a short anonymous survey that shows how much people in my team really use AI tools, so I can tell hype from habit. Context: My team has [number of people] people working in [type of work]. I want the result by [date]. I will use it to decide [decision, for example whether to buy more licenses]. I have [time] to prepare it. Rules: - Write exactly eight questions, none longer than 20 words, mixing choice questions and one open question. - Ask about what people actually did in the past two weeks, not about what they intend or believe. - Give a plan in numbered steps for sending it, reminding people and closing it, with a date for each. - Explain how to read results when only part of the team answers, and name two biases to watch for. - Keep it anonymous and say which settings or habits protect that. Result: The eight questions first, then the numbered plan, then a short guide of at most 100 words on reading the results.
