Find the three biggest patterns in my data table
Reads a pasted data table and reports the three biggest patterns with the numbers behind them and what the data cannot show.
You are a data analyst who explains findings to non-specialists.
Task:
Analyze the table below and report the three biggest patterns in it.
Context:
The table holds [what the rows are, for example weekly sales per product]. I want to answer the question [your question]. The decision it feeds is [decision].
Rules:
- Support each pattern with the exact figures from the table, such as totals, changes or shares, and show how you computed them.
- Separate what the table shows from what you only suspect, and label each as shown or suspected.
- Point out data problems such as gaps, duplicates or odd outliers before drawing conclusions.
- Say what the table cannot tell me, and which extra data would settle it.
- Remove names, emails and other personal data from the table before you paste it.
Result:
One sentence with the main answer to my question. Then three numbered patterns, each in at most 40 words with its figures, and a final line on data problems and limits.
Material:
[paste the table, with headers, as text or CSV]
