Find clip-worthy moments in a long video

Finds up to eight moments in a long video transcript that work as standalone short clips, with start and end times and a caption each.

Task: Find the moments in the transcript below that would work as standalone short clips. Context: The video is [video type] for [audience]. The clips will be posted on [platform], each between [minimum seconds] and [maximum seconds] seconds long. Rules: - Pick at most 8 moments. A moment must make sense without the rest of the video, start on a full thought and end on a full thought. - Rank them by how likely they are to hold a viewer, and give the reason in at most 15 words. - Use only the timestamps in the transcript. Where the transcript has none, write "no timestamp" and quote the first and last 6 words instead. - Do not invent words that are not in the transcript. Result: A table with the columns rank, start, end, estimated length, reason and a caption of at most 12 words. Below it, one line naming the part of the video with no good clip and why. Material: [paste the transcript with timestamps here]
