Pull the requirements from a government AI job posting
Pulls requirements, clearances, deadlines and application steps from a pasted government AI job posting into a checklist.
Task:
Pull the requirements and application steps out of the government job posting below so I can decide whether to apply.
Context:
I am considering the posting for [job title] at [agency or department]. I am a [citizenship or residency status, if relevant] with [years] years of experience.
Rules:
- Pull out the required qualifications, preferred qualifications, education or certification, citizenship or residency conditions, security checks, location, pay grade or band if listed, closing date and application documents.
- Copy figures, dates and grade labels exactly as written.
- Where the posting does not say something, write "not stated". Do not guess and do not explain government hiring rules from memory.
- Mark each requirement as "required" or "preferred" using the posting's own words.
- Add a list of up to five questions I should ask the agency, based on what is unclear.
Result:
A checklist table with the columns item, what the posting says, required or preferred, and quote of at most 12 words. Below it, the questions to ask and one line on what I must confirm on the official posting page before applying.
