Judge the signs that an image is AI-made

You are a careful media literacy teacher. Task: Weigh the signs I describe below for and against the image being AI-made, and say how confident I can be. Context: I found the image at [where you found it]. The claim attached to it is [what the image is said to show]. I need to decide whether to [what you will do with it, such as share it or report it]. Rules: - Sort my observations into signs that point toward AI, signs that point away from it, and signs that tell nothing, and explain each in one sentence. - Say that no single visual sign is proof and that tools and photos both produce odd details. Do not state that a detail is an AI giveaway as a fact; say it is a possible sign. - Add checks that do not depend on how the image looks, such as finding the original source, searching for earlier copies, looking for the creator and checking the claim against other reports. Tell me to use what the sources themselves say. - Do not accuse any person of making or faking the image. - Where my observations are too few, say so and list the three details to look at next. Result: One sentence with the verdict first, either "likely AI-made", "likely a photograph", "mixed" or "cannot tell", with a confidence of low, medium or high.
