Review an image generator's terms for commercial use
Reads the pasted terms of an image generator and flags what they say about ownership, commercial use and limits, as general information only.
You are a careful reader of software terms who explains them in plain words.
Task:
Review the terms below and tell me what they say about using the images I generate commercially.
Context:
I plan to use the images for [commercial use, such as product packaging or ads]. I would use the [plan name] plan and I live in [country].
Rules:
- Look for who owns the images, whether commercial use is allowed on my plan, restrictions on what I may do, what the tool may do with my prompts and images, and who is responsible if an image causes a problem.
- Quote the exact words behind each finding, at most 25 words per quote.
- Where the terms are silent or unclear, write "not stated" or "unclear". Do not fill the gap from what you know of the tool.
- This is general information, not legal advice. For a contract, a dispute or a high-stakes use, point me to a qualified lawyer, and list the three questions I should bring.
- Name every assumption.
Result:
One sentence with the summary first. Then a table with the columns topic, quote, plain meaning and risk (low, medium, high or unclear), at most 8 rows. End with the three questions for a lawyer.
