Compare ways to capture notes fast
Compares three ways of capturing notes in the moment against your habits and picks the one you are most likely to keep using.
Task:
Compare the three note capture options below for how likely I am to keep using them, and tell me which one to start with.
Context:
My options are [option 1], [option 2] and [option 3]. I usually have thoughts when I am [where and when thoughts come]. I have lost notes before because [what went wrong].
Rules:
- Judge each option on seconds from thought to saved note, how easy it is to find the note again, and what happens when I forget to open it.
- Name the assumptions you make about the tools. If you are unsure how a tool behaves, say so and tell me to test it for one day.
- Pick one option and give one sentence on why the other two lose.
Result:
Verdict first in one sentence, then a table with one row per option and the three criteria as columns. Add a two-line setup for the winner.
