Pull data handling facts from a privacy policy
Pulls what a website builder's privacy policy says about data collected, sharing, retention and AI training into a table, marking gaps.
Task:
Pull out what the privacy policy below says about how my data and my visitors' data are handled.
Context:
The policy belongs to [builder name], which I would use for a site with [what the site collects, for example contact forms or orders]. My visitors live in [visitor regions].
Rules:
- Cover seven things. What data is collected, why, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, how I can export or delete it, whether content I upload or generate may be used to train AI, and where the data is processed.
- Report only what the text says, and quote at most 15 words as evidence for each.
- Where the policy does not say, write "not stated" and turn it into a question for the vendor. Do not guess from what other companies do.
- This is a reading aid, not legal advice. Tell me to ask a qualified privacy professional about my legal duties.
Result:
A table with the columns topic, what the policy says, quote and open question. Below it, one line on the point that matters most for my kind of site, or "cannot tell from the text".
