Rules:
- Group related points under headings of at most four words.
- Keep every fact, number, name and date exactly as written, and do not add anything.
- Merge duplicates, but keep both versions when two points disagree and mark them "conflict".
- Put anything that is half a thought or a question under open questions, using my words.
