Extract funding rounds from news articles
Extracts every funding round from pasted news articles into a table with company, amount, investors and date, marking each missing detail as not stated.
Task:
Extract every funding round mentioned in the news articles below into one table.
Context:
I am building a simple log of AI funding rounds for [purpose, for example a newsletter or a class project]. The articles come from [source names] and may repeat the same round.
Rules:
- One row per round. If two articles report the same round, merge them and list both sources.
- Copy the amount, currency, round name, investors and date exactly as written. Do not convert currencies or round numbers.
- Where an item is missing or only rumored, write "not stated" or "reported, unconfirmed". Do not guess.
- Add nothing that is not in the articles.
Result:
A table with the columns company, round, amount with currency, investors, valuation if given, date and source. Below the table, one line listing any conflicts between articles.
