Who runs this site

Promptwiki, promptwiki.app. You can reach us at elidinis7@gmail.com.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which prompts help. For visitors in the EEA, Google Ireland Limited runs it.

In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland it loads only after you press Accept. Before that, no request goes to Google. Everywhere else it loads by default, and you can switch it off under Cookie settings.

Google Analytics 4 does not log IP addresses. It keeps data for 14 months. Ad features are off: ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are denied.

Our own measurement

When you copy a prompt, export it, switch tool, search or open a related prompt, we record the event type, the prompt, the tool, the page path and the time. We store no cookie, no IP address and no identifier. The search text is recorded only where analytics is allowed: after you press Accept in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, and by default elsewhere unless you switch it off under Cookie settings. The other events (copy, export, tool switch and related prompts) carry no personal data and are recorded whatever you choose.

These events are stored in Supabase (EU, Ireland). The search text is removed after 90 days; the events themselves are deleted after 26 months. Because these events carry no identifier, we cannot find or delete the events of one visitor on request.

Page speed

Vercel Speed Insights measures how fast pages load: the route, the browser, the device type, the country and the speed metrics. It uses no cookie and no identifier.

Hosting and database

The site is hosted on Vercel. The database is Supabase (EU, Ireland).

Your choice

Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage). Clearing site data, or using Cookie settings in the footer, changes it. If you withdraw consent, the Google tag stops loading from the next page. Withdrawing consent also removes the Google Analytics cookies.

To decide whether to ask for consent, the site looks up your country from your connection once per visit and keeps the answer in your browser for that visit (sessionStorage); the country is not stored on our side.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, ask for it to be deleted, object to the processing, and complain to your data protection authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Write to elidinis7@gmail.com for any of these.
